Hump Day is here at last, and with all the cold weather affecting so much of the United States, I bet a lot of you are spending extra time watching TV. Lucky for us, it’s a great time to be stuck at home during award season and with so many new shows coming back.
Tonight you’ll have many options including the return of “Revolution” at 8pm and the series premiere of “Chicago PD,” at 9pm on NBC. Just make sure you switch over to CBS at 9m for the “People’s Choice Awards” live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California. “2 Broke Girls” stars Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs will host the 40th annual gala that recognizes fan favorites in movies, TV, and music. Buzz on the internet is already hailing the duo as the next Amy Poehler and Tina Fey! If you need two more reasons to watch, OneRepublic and Sarah Bareilles will be performing.
“Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara will visit “Jimmy Kimmel Live” at 11pm on ABC. Emmy Rossum joins the Colombian CoverGirl in the hot seat to hype fans up over the return of her Showtime series “Shameless” on January 12th.
Check out the trailer below to see what her character Fiona will be up to in season four:
